Important Note:
Please note that our products are made from leftovers or textile waste through the process of upcycling, aligned with UN SDGs to create a positive impact on society. Therefore, every product is unique in its construction. As well as our products being handcrafted and hand-painted by our transgender people and underprivileged women, therefore, the colours of the paint may vary slightly from the pictures shown online due to light and camera effects.
Eligibility for Returns
Please note that articles purchased at a discount or on sale are not eligible for return and exchange.

Timeframe: You may return products within 7 days of the purchase date, given that the customer has proof of purchase.

Condition: Products are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. You will be required to share proof if you have received a defective article, in wrong size, or incorrect.
Similarly, articles that are delivered in boxes must be returned with their original packaging. -
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
